Surveyor’s Real Property Report (SRPR)

These plans are typically prepared for transfers of land, mortgages, or to satisfy municipal zoning requirements.

A SRPR will illustrate the location of buildings or structures relative to the boundaries of the property. It will also shows the location of any other physical features and registered encumbrances, such as easements, on or immediately adjacent to the property.
